Air Fryer Safety Guide
Simple rules for cooking safely.
- Leave at least 15cm of clearance above the unit for hot-air exhaust.
- Never operate on the stove top or near flammable surfaces.
- Do not run empty for long periods — it stresses the heating element.
- Always confirm meats reach a safe internal temperature (poultry 74°C, pork 71°C, fish 63°C).
- Unplug before cleaning and let the unit cool.
- Check the cord for damage regularly.
